1. Steel structure processing and installation

Heavy steel component processing
Metal Cold Cutting Saws (metal cold cutting saws) perform high-precision deformation-free cutting of H-shaped steel, I-shaped steel, box beams and other materials, with a cut flatness of Ra≤8μm, ensuring welding assembly accuracy and meeting the seismic design requirements of super-high-rise building steel structures.

Intelligent Pipe Threader (intelligent threading machine) processes high-strength threaded holes (8.8 and above) for steel structure bolt connection nodes with an accuracy of ±0.02mm to avoid installation stress concentration caused by thread misalignment.

Realizes three-dimensional space bending and forming of large-span pipe trusses, supports ±1° angle control of Φ50mm-Φ300mm steel pipes, and is suitable for special-shaped structures such as stadiums and airport terminals.

2. Building Pipe System Engineering

Water supply and drainage and fire protection pipelines
The intelligent threading machine batch processes galvanized steel pipes and stainless steel pipe threaded interfaces, supports pipe diameters of DN15-DN300, and its sealing has passed the 1.6MPa water pressure test, reducing the risk of pipeline leakage.

The cold cutting saw cuts non-metallic pipes such as PVC-U and HDPE without debris, and the cuts are burr-free, which improves the efficiency of pipeline connection.

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
The intelligent tube twisting machine processes spiral duct transition elbows to reduce air flow resistance and reduce energy consumption by 12% compared with right-angle elbows.

3. Prefabricated and assembled buildings

PC component embedded parts processing
The cold cutting saw accurately cuts the embedded bolt sleeve with an error of ≤0.5mm to ensure the assembly accuracy of components after concrete pouring.

Modular building pipeline preinstallation
